How we source opportunities

Massarna uses AI-assisted web research to discover career opportunities relevant to students, graduates and early-career job seekers in the UAE. This page explains what that process means—and what you should check before applying.

Our current research process

1. Find potential opportunities

We use ChatGPT-assisted searches to explore companies in the region, including their graduate-careers pages and recruitment websites. This helps identify potential internships, graduate programmes and other relevant openings.

2. Select relevant listings

We select opportunities that appear relevant to Massarna's audience. This is a research-led selection process, not a complete directory of every vacancy in the UAE or a ranking of the best employers.

3. Present information for discovery

Massarna organises information to help you compare opportunities and find the next application step. AI-assisted research or summaries may be involved in preparing that information. A summary may omit requirements or misinterpret the source; it is not a substitute for reading the original listing.

What “listed on Massarna” means

It means an opportunity has been included for discovery. It does not automatically mean:

We do not claim that every listing has been independently verified. AI research can return old vacancies, general talent-pool pages or information that needs further checking.

Before you apply

Open the employer's official careers website or recruitment system linked from it. Confirm the role title and reference number, location, eligibility, required qualifications, deadline and application instructions.

If Massarna and the official source disagree, use the official source and let us know about the discrepancy. If a link does not lead to a recognisable official application route, locate the vacancy through the company's own website before providing personal information.

“No deadline listed” means a closing date is not recorded on Massarna. It does not mean applications will remain open indefinitely. A programme overview or talent community is not necessarily an open vacancy.

Events and qualifications

For events, check the organiser's own page for the current date, venue or online format, eligibility, fees, accessibility arrangements and cancellation terms. Listing an event does not mean Massarna organises it or sells its tickets.

For courses or qualifications suggested by an AI tool, confirm accreditation, entry requirements, delivery format and current costs directly with the provider. A recommendation is not an accreditation check or a promise of career benefit.

Corrections and removal requests

If a listing is expired, inaccurate, duplicated or potentially misleading, email massarna.admin@gmail.com. Include:

Employers, organisers and rights holders can use the same address to request a correction or removal. Explain your connection to the listing and the content concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to assess the request; please do not send confidential documents unless a secure method has been agreed.

Content ownership and independence

Employer names, trademarks and third-party material belong to their respective owners. Identifying a source or linking to it does not transfer ownership or establish permission to reuse its content. A listing should not be interpreted as endorsement by the organisation named.

Keep your application safe

Be cautious about requests for passwords, one-time codes, payment to secure an interview or unusually early requests for identity documents. Verify unexpected messages using contact details obtained independently from the employer's official website.
