Massarna is a career-discovery platform for students, graduates and people beginning their careers in the United Arab Emirates. It brings together opportunities, career events and AI-assisted application tools so you can explore options and prepare your next step in one place.

A clearer starting point for your career

Finding an internship or graduate role often means searching many company websites, comparing different requirements and keeping track of several applications. Massarna is being built to make that process easier to navigate.

Our focus is early-career discovery in the UAE: helping you find relevant starting points, understand the information available and organise your own decisions. We do not promise a placement, interview or offer.

What you can do on Massarna

How we find opportunities

Massarna uses ChatGPT-assisted web research to discover potential opportunities, including searches of companies' graduate-careers and recruitment pages in the region. We select listings for their apparent relevance to the platform's audience.

Research and AI-generated summaries can miss details or become outdated. A Massarna listing is not confirmation that an employer has approved the listing, that applications remain open or that you meet its eligibility criteria. Read How we source opportunities for the process and its limitations.

AI support, with you in control

Our AI tools help you examine your CV, draft a cover letter and compare your experience with a role's stated requirements. They are not recruiters and do not access an employer's internal assessment system.

An ATS compatibility score is a tool-generated assessment of the information supplied—not an employer's score or a prediction of your chance of being hired. Check every suggestion and only include experience, qualifications and achievements that are true.

Our relationship with employers and organisers

Massarna is an independent discovery platform. A company or event appearing on the site does not, by itself, mean there is a partnership, endorsement or recruitment relationship. Applications and registrations made on external websites are handled by those providers under their own terms.
